Description

Powder spraying, is to use powder spraying equipment to spray powder coating to the surface of the workpiece. Under the action of static electricity, the powder will be uniformly adsorbed on the surface of the workpiece to form a powder coating; the powder coating is cured by high temperature baking and leveling. It becomes a coating with different effects; the effect of powder coating is superior to the painting process in terms of mechanical strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance and aging resistance. The powder electrostatic spraying of the workpiece by using the powder spraying device is to adsorb the charged powder particles to the surface of the workpiece under the action of an electrostatic field, and to form a coating by leveling and solidification.

The powder spraying equipment includes a powder spraying room, a powder supply system (including a gun + hoist), a recovery device, a ventilation system, etc., and the recovery device has a bag, a cyclone, a filter element, a small cyclone + a filter bag, a small cyclone + a porous plate, and the like.
